Worley, Esq. joined Pre-Trial Solutions, Inc. as a full-time mediator/arbitrator. Between them, Mr. Kauders and Ms. Worley have mediated or arbitrated thousands of disputes in all areas of civil practice including, but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction, sexual abuse, sexual harassment and discrimination, employment disputes, complex multiparty commercial disputes, banking, general business, professional and medical malpractice, partnership disputes, and insurance coverage disputes.
